He started his carrier at Nissho Iwai in 1990. While stationed in the U.S., he invested in a number of real estate and IT-related businesses, deepening his knowledge in these areas. After returning to Japan, he became CEO of Minerva Collection Agency Inc. in 2006, where he established a corporate reorganization scheme using servicers (debt collection companies) in addition to simply collection of non-performing loans.

One of his turnaround experience, he became CEO of Red Planet Japan, a publicly listed company, where he gained deeper knowledge and experience in corporate governance, compliance, and capital raising process. He has also served as a director of a turnaround company, and has recently joined the company as the person in charge of the company's back office.
